Happy Holidays, My attempt at drawing with a bright flashlight. This was only a 3 min exposure that was over 2 hours in the making. After many attempts a couple came by to see what the deal was with my swirling light and were kind enough to help out and be my spotters as to where the light needed to be. The plane a Republic F-84F Thunderstreak displayed at the West Chicago VFW Post. Image taken with the Sony a7RIV & Voigtlander 65mm f2 lens at f16 ISO 50. Merry Christmas:)

Even though it was daylight I used a Nissin i60 flash with a Rouge spot grid & Air 10 wireless transceiver to help highlight the Mobile winged horse. Camera was a Sony a7RIII & 24-105mm f4 G lens. Another inexpensive pocket watch bought online to use for a class on macro photography. Image taken with a Sony a7R II & 90mm f2.8 macro. Lighting is a Nissin Di700 in a Rouge Softbox with the Air 1 wireless controller. The background is a cheap stone tile from Home Depot. I spent a total of $16. For the photo materials and ended up with a decent pocket watch too .

A Ferrari 375 MM, was a race car produced by Ferrari in 1953 and 1954. It was named "375" for the per-cylinder displacement in the 4.5 L V12 engine, and the "MM" stood for the Mille Miglia race. The engine was based on its Ferrari 375 F1 counterpart, but with shorter stroke and bigger bore. Best known 375 MM is the "Ingrid Bergman" version, commissioned in 1954 by director Roberto Rossellini for his wife, actress Ingrid Bergman. .

One of only 400 guitars made by Taylor Guitars fro

One of only 400 guitars made by Taylor Guitars from the last of the Liberty Trees. Owned by the Tobias Music store in Downers Grove IL.
A little history. Each of the 13 colonies had a liberty tree under which colonist gathered to plan their rebellion against the British. The trees were usually selected so the colonists could watch if they were being spied on. Many of these trees were destroyed as the British occupied various cities during the Revolutionary war. This one was in Annapolis, Maryland and was taken down in 1999 due to major damage from hurricane Floyd. It is believed to be over 400 years old. Taylor guitars purchase the tree and use it to make 400 grand concert, 400 baby, and 53 T-4 guitars.
